What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming phone calls from healthcare providers and identify the type of assistance needed
- Resolve issues on the first call by navigating complex computer systems for accurate information
- Deliver information and respond to questions positively to build strong relationships with providers
- Document provider issues to track trends and facilitate reporting
- Work full-time with flexibility to accommodate 8-hour shifts during normal business hours

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong listening skills and ability to respond compassionately to customers
- Proficient in problem-solving and navigating computer applications
- Availability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for occasional overtime

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in a related environment (e.g., office, administrative, customer service) using phones and computers
- Previous experience in the healthcare field
