What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding pet-related inquiries and concerns
- Research and problem-solve to provide solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize active listening and empathy to assist customers and collaborate with team members
- Engage in virtual collaboration with team members and managers to foster a customer-centric culture
- Adapt to changing business needs and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong written, verbal, and listening skills demonstrated through assessments
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality customer interactions
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required
- Must be willing and able to pass a background check
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom and Slack
- Familiarity with pet products and services
