What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle high volumes of incoming calls
- Identify and evaluate customers' needs to provide satisfaction
- Build trust through open and interactive discussions
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information using the right methods/tools
- Manage complaints, provide solutions, and ensure resolution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior customer support experience or experience as a client service representative preferred
- Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as a member of teams and committees
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience with iOS and MacOS
- Ability to work nights and some weekends
- Availability for 4 days a week from 1-11pm CST or 5 days a week from 3-11pm CST
- Alternating Saturdays from 8am-6pm CST

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Apple power-user with knowledge of iWork, iOS, and macOS
