      The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This role involves communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat, processing orders, and providing information about products and services. The Customer Service Representative will also document interactions and collaborate with other departments to improve customer satisfaction.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
      • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
      • Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
      • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
      • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience and address complex issues.
      • Stay informed about product updates, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers.


      Qualifications:
      • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
      • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
      • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.


      At One80 Intermediaries, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, and 10 days of paid time off and 11 paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected compensation for this position is $17.50 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
