- Utilize the knowledge base to provide independent answers and enhance customer support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum requirement of a High School Diploma or GED
- At least six (6) months of customer service experience, preferably in a service center or data entry role
- Proficient computer skills, including strong typing and data entry abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle complex customer issues
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with order management systems, Live Chat, and high-volume email support
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced, productivity-driven environment
- Web navigation skills to locate information and toggle between multiple systems
