What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process bookings, revisions, cancellations, and all aspects of reservations using the reservation system
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat communications
- Assist Travel Advisors and Guests with existing reservations, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Contribute to departmental revenue goals by upselling or adding value to existing bookings
- Troubleshoot issues with MyWindstar or related systems as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate professionally in writing and verbally
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs
- Self-starter with excellent task management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in cruise or tour operations/reservations
- Additional experience in a customer service role
- Familiarity with the travel industry and related systems
