      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to customer support tickets, addressing questions and resolving issues related to existing orders
      - Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with order inquiries and placements
      - Communicate via email to handle questions and concerns from customers and internal departments
      - Document issues and resolutions in Confluence
      - Visit court dockets for information on case filing and occasionally retrieve filed papers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience assisting customers over the phone
      - Proficient in using computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
      - Ability to transcribe information accurately and investigate order-related issues
      - Typing speed of at least 55 words per minute

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with document manipulation and familiarity with PDF editing tools
      - Ability to maintain composure and accuracy in high-pressure situations
      - Proven track record of implementing new processes to improve performance
