- Record customer interactions and details of inquiries for documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Strong computer, phone, typing, and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality
- Current Fire and Casualty Broker-Agent or Personal Lines Broker-Agent license required
- Fluency in Spanish required for Spanish-speaking queue

- Previous insurance or call center experience preferred
