      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist customers with pre and post-purchase inquiries related to retail vehicle sales
      - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts to provide excellent customer support
      - Manage rental truck inventory levels to meet customer demands in coordination with operations
      - Enhance productivity through effective scheduling and workflow management
      - Generate purchase and repair orders while maintaining accurate records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of one (1) year of experience in sales and/or customer service
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
      - Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and energy

      - Experience in a customer service role within the transportation or logistics industry
      - Familiarity with inventory management and sales processes
