      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist customers through inbound phone calls, addressing their membership and insurance policy needs
      - Actively listen to customer issues and provide meaningful solutions while promoting relevant products and services
      - Maintain a positive and engaging attitude while interacting with members and team members
      - Adapt to a dynamic work environment, embracing coaching and development opportunities
      - Perform data entry and navigate complex computer systems while actively listening to customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior customer service experience
      - Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
      - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1 year of customer service experience preferred
      - Recent call center experience preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word) preferred
