What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing a variety of call types, including collections, retention, billing, and technical support
- Simplify explanations of bills, rate plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding
- Assist customers with inquiries related to credit, activations, and technical support
- Collaborate with Tier 3 support and vendors to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues related to voice and data services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous call center or customer service experience
- Flexibility to work various schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Reliable internet service and a dedicated workspace that meets WFH standards
- Ability to comply with organizational security and performance management protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate multiple systems and tools
