What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Process and review incoming waste profile sheets for accuracy and compliance
- Enter various information into system programs including profile information and confirmation letters
- Assist in scheduling waste pickups and communicate details to appropriate personnel
- Review billing packets for accuracy and ensure coding matches contracted pricing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required
- Prior work experience of 2 to 4 years in the hazardous waste or related industry preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Computer proficiency including Google Docs and Sheets

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree or related discipline
- Experience in creating and preparing reports
- Strong customer orientation and phone skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as a strong team player
