      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming calls regarding behavioral health providers and Medicaid benefit plans
      - Research and provide referrals to providers/agencies for Medicaid-eligible consumers
      - Verify Medicaid eligibility using a computer database
      - Offer information such as phone numbers or addresses to individuals who have contacted the wrong organization
      - Complete additional administrative tasks to support the Care Coordination team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma / GED
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in insurance, medical, behavioral health, or financial technology
      - Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, with the ability to learn new systems
      - Availability to work full-time, including the flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed
