      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries via inbound calls

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be at least 18 years of age
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of six months of customer service experience
      - Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
      - Availability for full-time hours in a 40-hour work week

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a high-volume call center environment
      - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer interactions
      - Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse customer base
