      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize a knowledge management tool to locate processes or information needed to assist customers
      - Capture incoming phone numbers using telephony software and provide accurate information based on customer responses
      - Document calls in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including case notes and customer interactions
      - Protect customer privacy by verifying identity and only releasing information to authorized personnel
      - Handle escalated calls, assist in nesting new hires, and engage in software testing as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a contact center agent or in a higher-level customer service role
      - Must have experience in a healthcare call/contact center environment
      - Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Proficiency in using CRM systems and knowledge management tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with telephony software is a plus
      - Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
