What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer an average of 70 calls per day, providing exceptional service
- Enter orders via phone, fax, or email, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Issue call dispositions and RMA’s for product returns
- Trace shipments to customers and process back-order reports for major distributors
- Maintain a strong knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of customer service experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Bilingual (Spanish) required
