      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Field customer inquiries by providing innovative responses to various questions and concerns
      - Handle and respond carefully to all customer inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service
      - Work with confidential customer information and maintain sensitivity
      - Aim to resolve issues on the first call through proactive communication
      - Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
      - Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
      - Must be over 18 years of age
      - High school graduate or GED required
      - Proven oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Comfort with desktop computer systems and navigating Windows operating systems
      - Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
      - Strong logical problem-solving skills
      - Excellent organizational and work prioritization abilities
