      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Field customer inquiries and find innovative ways to respond to questions and concerns
      - Provide excellent customer service through active listening and effective communication
      - Handle confidential customer information sensitively and responsibly
      - Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and de-escalating situations when necessary
      - Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience preferred
      - Must be over 18 years of age
      - High School Graduate or GED
      - Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
      - Proven oral and written communication skills
