What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
- Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
- Inspect and maintain equipment, including cleaning and checking fluid levels
- Prepare rental invoices and process returned equipment
- Participate in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
- Willingness to adhere to safety precautions when working with equipment and chemicals
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with rental equipment and vehicle maintenance
- Certifications in forklift operation or propane filling (will be offered upon employment)
