      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Interface with customers via telephone, written correspondence, fax, web, and electronic mail
      - Research customer information utilizing appropriate systems, policies, and procedures to effectively respond to and resolve customer issues
      - Elevate sensitive customer requests when necessary
      - Comply with State and Federal regulations and mandates, remaining current on policies and procedures
      - Recommend diverse products proactively to enhance customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - Three years of experience in a complaint-type customer service office setting (health insurance or related field preferred)
      - Availability for a training period of 9-12 weeks
      - Strong initiative to stay current on policies and procedures
      - Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Basic medical/dental terminology and contract interpretation experience is a plus
      - Experience working with health insurance or related fields
