What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls from clients' members
- Gather customer information, assess needs, and educate customers about products and services
- Resolve customer issues following one call resolution guidelines
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate call dispositions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance client and customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Dedicated workspace in your home with a wired Ethernet connection
- Internet speed of 20 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s upload (wireless access is not permitted)
- Strong decision-making and analytical abilities
- Schedule flexibility to include weekends, evenings, possible holidays, and occasional overtime
