What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist members with pharmacy benefit plans by answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Take inbound calls and provide solutions to simplify members' healthcare experience
- Receive necessary training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries
- Maintain HIPAA and governmental compliance
- Adapt to variable working hours based on call volume

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way
- Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
- At least 6 months of healthcare experience
