What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive inbound phone calls from customers, answer their questions, and help solve problems
- Make outbound phone calls to insurance agents and brokers to confirm information
- Respond to correspondence and information requests by e-mail
- Perform data entry of information into the insurance-tracking database
- Gain product knowledge to effectively discuss product features

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Good typing skills of 40+ words per minute
- Must speak, read, and write English and French fluently
- Generally, 4 to 6 years of related experience
- Insurance licensure and/or certifications may be required as appropriate for the line of business

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service within the insurance industry
- Familiarity with insurance tracking databases
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
