What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive inbound phone calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues
- Make outbound calls to insurance agents and brokers to confirm information
- Respond to customer correspondence and information requests via email
- Perform data entry into the insurance-tracking database
- Acquire product knowledge to effectively communicate product features

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Good typing skills: 40+ words per minute
- Fluency in English and French (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Generally, 4 to 6 years of related experience
- Insurance licensure and/or certifications may be required as appropriate for the line of business

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service within the insurance industry
- Familiarity with insurance tracking databases or similar software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently
- Bilingual communication skills beyond French and English
