What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming customer requests and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Act as a liaison between customers, technicians, salespersons, and management
- Schedule service and routine maintenance appointments
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns
- Maintain and update customer records based on interactions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative or customer service experience in an office setting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
- Ability to easily cultivate strong rapport with customers and co-workers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and rotating weekends from 8 AM to 5 PM

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Service Titan software is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and with integrity in a structured yet relaxed environment
