      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide customer support via phone, email, or instant message as the primary contact for inbound customer issues
      - Escalate more technical product-related issues to the appropriate product support department
      - Process a high volume of consumer inquiries about banking products and services
      - Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, and utilize resources to resolve inquiries
      - Track and document inbound support requests and ensure accurate customer information entry

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - At least one year of call center experience
      - At least one year of customer service experience
      - Knowledge of banking products, services, and business operations
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a digital transformation or technology-focused environment
      - Familiarity with financial services and customer relationship management systems
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
      - Demonstrated ability to mentor or guide less experienced peers
