      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts
      - Address a variety of customer inquiries and communicate statuses effectively
      - Analyze payment history and notes to provide accurate information to customers
      - Support customers in a professional manner during operating hours of Monday-Friday, 7 AM-7 PM
      - Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
      - Proven drive to solve problems and meet goals
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
      - High school diploma or equivalent

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in customer service roles
      - A productive, quiet, and secure place to work from home
      - Access to excellent internet connectivity, including hardwired internet
      - Smartphone (iOS or Android) that is 4 years old or newer for company communications
