What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound customer calls and manage outbound follow-up calls
- Support customers with questions about products and services
- Provide basic policy information
- Transfer calls to the correct team when escalation is required
- Perform other related duties as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience preferred; Call Center Experience a plus
- High school diploma or GED
- High level of accuracy when completing tasks
- Proficient PC skills with typing of 30+ WPM
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
