      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and resolve guarantor account balances through inbound and outbound communications
      - Provide timely and professional responses to patient inquiries regarding billing and insurance issues
      - Document all patient interactions and account actions in assigned billing systems
      - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and resolve complex issues
      - Maintain high standards of customer service while adhering to HIPAA guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED equivalent required
      - 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or collections in a healthcare setting
      - Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
      - Knowledge of Epic billing systems preferred
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree preferred but not required
      - Experience with medical billing and insurance processing
      - Familiarity with MGB Credit & Collection Policy and Financial Assistance Policy
      - Previous experience handling a high volume of calls in a call center environment
      - Knowledge of medical terminology and legal basics related to healthcare billing
