Taking a variety of inbound calls, includ ing changes to existing policies, providing quotes and retaining customers who are looking to compare our offerings against other insurers
Delivering outstanding customer service to increase our customer loyalty

Computer skills: you'll take inbound calls whilst navigating our in-house software

Are you looking for a new opportunity to develop a career in the world of Insurance? We have an opening for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Retentions department!
Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours a week, between the hours of 08:00 – 19:00 . Rotational shift pattern.
Location: Our fantastic Bexhill office is close to the seafron t . We also have free parking available, and our office is only a short walk from Collington station.
Training: 9 Weeks from the office, once training has been completed you will work on a hybrid basis, one day a week in the office and four days from home.
Salary: Starting £22, 800 with the opportunity to earn up to £25,200 plus bonus!
