      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide customer support through phone, email, and chat regarding pre-sales, checkout, billing, and product inquiries
      - Address customer complaints and follow up in a timely manner
      - Assist customers with returns and order issues via various communication channels
      - Liaise with store locations to resolve customer-related order and return issues
      - Work collaboratively with the eStore team to achieve store goals and enhance customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent customer service skills
      - Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in the eCommerce retail environment
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and IT troubleshooting skills
      - Previous experience in customer service via phone, chat, and email is a plus
      - Ability to work as part of a team to uphold the company's mission, values, and principles

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in an eCommerce retail environment
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
      - Knowledge of inventory management systems
      - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
