What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer phone calls and greet customers in person
- Provide prompt and accurate information about collections, rates, billing, and account status
- Address customer questions and resolve complaints

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Six months of related experience and/or training
- Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role in the resource recovery industry
