What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional phone, email, and chat support to customers, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues
- Troubleshoot and diagnose reported problems, ensuring timely and effective solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least one year of experience in customer-facing roles
- A bachelor's degree in a related discipline, with practical experience considered
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an engaging phone presence
- Ability to prioritize tasks and take ownership of responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft operating systems; familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Teams is preferred
