      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with customers and Account Managers to plan and develop accounts, including backlog management and forecasting activities
      - Understand customer needs to enhance service levels and relationships
      - Liaise with internal staff and Account Managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
      - Support collections activities in conjunction with finance partners
      - Assist in process improvement initiatives to standardize operational procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
      - Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce systems
      - Proficiency in MS Office applications
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
      - Strong communication skills and attention to detail
