What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Professional Liability products
- Respond to customer communications through email and written correspondence
- Maintain high service quality and timeliness standards
- Evaluate customer needs and propose additional insurance products
- Update customer records and reconcile client payments against the policy administration system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess an active Property & Casualty Producer license
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or sales supporting insurance products
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Professional Liability insurance for healthcare professionals
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex issues and think critically
- Strong multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
