      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain knowledge of current products and services offered by the employer
      - Answer all calls and emails in a timely manner according to established goals
      - Process orders and verify insurance documentation for patient eligibility and coverage
      - Communicate with patients to provide updates and facilitate the referral process
      - Meet quality assurance requirements and key performance metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - One (1) year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center, or management
      - For senior level, two (2) years of work-related experience and one (1) year of exact job experience
      - Ability to navigate multiple online EMR systems
      - Excellent customer service and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - General knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial health plan methodologies and documentation requirements
      - Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
      - Ability to adapt and be flexible in a rapidly changing environment
