What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Field inbound inquiries regarding release of information (ROI) requests for patient medical records
- Provide status updates on requests and ensure prompt and courteous responses
- Escalate complex issues to management as needed
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, including hospitals and requestors
- Process incoming correspondence related to ROI fulfillment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma; higher education preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make independent decisions
- Computer knowledge with accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
- Prior customer service experience strongly preferred
- Must be fully bilingual in Spanish, both written and verbal communication required

- Experience in a high-volume production environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships
