      Description

      We're looking for someone passionate about providing excellent customer service to clients and policyholders in Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama & Michigan. As our next insurance customer service representative, you will show our policyholders the value of being one of our customers by generating insurance quotations and providing coverage advice. You'll also be in charge of giving current policyholders excellent customer service by resolving billing issues, amending policies, and making policy suggestions. The ideal candidate for this role has prior customer service experience and excellent communication skills. If this sounds like you, apply now!

      Responsibilities
      • Maintain a record of customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our organization
      • Validate client insurance coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance documents
      • Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data given
      • Track current marketing activities, so you can appropriately respond to insurance-related inquiries with all of the resources at your disposal
      • Communicate with the customers about complaints, give acceptable solutions, and follow up to ensure that the problem was fixed

      Qualifications

      Requirements:
      • A dedicated workspace
      • Reliable internet connection
      • Mobile phone and Laptop, computer or iPad
      • Must be a resident of Alabama, Mississippi, or Louisiana to apply
      • Hours - Monday through Friday
      • 9:00 am to 5:30 pm CST
      • Position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent
      • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
      • You must have previous customer service experience for this position
      • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
      • Basic knowledge of insurance policy procedures and schedules is preferred
