What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide telephone support to external customers regarding specialized restaurant equipment
- Track customer communication and update information in the employer's CRM software
- Assess customer needs and provide appropriate support and communication
- Utilize troubleshooting documents to assist customers effectively over the phone
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1+ years of related experience and/or training in hands-on equipment repair and customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work the specified shift of Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 8:30 am to 7 pm CST
- Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

- Bi-lingual speaking ability in Spanish and English
