What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide telephone support to customers regarding specialized restaurant equipment
- Track customer communications and update information in the employer's CRM software
- Assess customer needs and provide appropriate support and communication
- Troubleshoot issues over the phone using provided documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call reports and cross-train in other call center functions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience and/or training in hands-on equipment repair and customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Bilingual in Spanish and English
