      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Interact with hundreds of callers daily, utilizing active listening and critical thinking to resolve various customer inquiries.
      - Address and resolve complaints and concerns within the call queue.
      - Investigate billing issues and fraudulent activity.
      - Provide technical guidance and support for hardware/software issues, including screen sharing as necessary.
      - Document interactions thoroughly and accept feedback for continuous improvement.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED.
      - Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with customers.
      - Strong digital literacy and working knowledge of technology.
      - Hardwired home internet with a download speed of at least 40 mbps.
      - Clear and concise communication skills.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology is a plus.
