      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction and own the relationship from first contact until resolution
      - Provide troubleshooting and support for mobile app and account management related to Tesla charging products
      - Process warranty-based returns for home charging products in collaboration with customers and support teams
      - Assist with Solar/PV emergency lines as needed
      - Meet and exceed expectations on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regularly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 60 days of experience handling calls for Energy Technical Support or equivalent experience
      - Understanding of electrical concepts, including wiring and voltage
      - Familiarity with telemetry data and basic data mining techniques
      - Experience with configuration analysis and connectivity/networking
      - Strong critical thinking skills related to energy flow and hardware interactions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer service or technical support within the renewable energy or electric vehicle sector
      - Knowledge of Tesla products and services
      - Strong communication skills and ability to educate customers effectively
      - Familiarity with account administration and troubleshooting processes for mobile applications
