      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise a Customer Service team, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff
      - Manage performance and career development of the Customer Service team using appropriate tools and talent management systems
      - Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded by monitoring and supporting the team
      - Serve as the point of escalation for customer service issues, conducting research and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve problems
      - Develop and expand client relationships while attending client meetings to ensure objectives are met

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of supervisory Customer Service experience, or High School diploma/GED with 4+ years of supervisory experience
      - High level of Customer Service and business acumen
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      - Experience with CRM systems or web-based programs, preferably Salesforce
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in chemistry, environmental studies, or biology
      - Experience with waste characterization and handling logistics, familiar with EPA/RCRA and DOT regulations
      - Knowledge of Salesforce, Ariba, or Oracle systems
      - Experience with administering and reviewing service contracts
      - Ability to lead account-specific projects
