What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage the Customer Service Contact Center team to ensure operational excellence
- Train and mentor staff on policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain high service standards
- Monitor call metrics and provide insights for performance improvement
- Respond to provider inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present performance reports, summarizing key metrics and progress towards business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; college degree or professional training preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably within healthcare
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience with ACD phone systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Experience in coaching and mentoring staff in a customer service setting
