      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Assist patients and caregivers with the application and enrollment process for supported programs
      - Conduct virtual or in-person orientations for onboarding patients and caregivers
      - Guide patients through their home care journey, ensuring they receive necessary care
      - Manage a high-volume inbound and outbound customer service queue

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations and empathize with customers
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Good listening skills and emotional intelligence to work effectively in a team
      - Problem-solving abilities to resolve issues calmly under pressure
      - Computer proficiency with strong typing skills and the ability to multitask
