What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Assist patients and caregivers with the application and enrollment process for supported programs
- Conduct virtual or in-person orientations for new patients and caregivers
- Guide patients and caregivers throughout their home care journey, ensuring they receive necessary care
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer service inquiries while providing empathetic support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations and empathize with customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good listening skills and emotional intelligence to work effectively in a team
- Ability to solve problems calmly under pressure and de-escalate frustrated callers
- Proficiency in technology with strong typing skills and the ability to multitask efficiently

- Previous experience in a customer service role, especially in healthcare
- Familiarity with home care services and the enrollment process
