      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Connect and engage with individuals interested in home care support
      - Educate patients and caregivers on the application and enrollment process for supported programs
      - Guide patients and caregivers through the onboarding process, conducting virtual or in-person orientations
      - Assist patients and caregivers throughout their home care journey to ensure they receive necessary care
      - Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls while managing customer inquiries and resolving issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations and provide empathy
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Good listening skills and emotional intelligence
      - Ability to solve problems and remain calm under pressure
      - Proficiency in technology, including strong typing skills and multitasking abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer service role, particularly in healthcare or home care settings
      - Familiarity with home care services and related enrollment processes
      - Bilingual skills to assist a diverse patient population
      - Previous experience managing high-volume call centers or similar environments
