What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Connect and engage with potential clients to discuss home care support options
- Educate patients and caregivers on the application and enrollment process for supported programs
- Conduct virtual or in-person orientations for onboarding new patients and caregivers
- Provide guidance throughout the home care journey to ensure patients receive necessary care
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls while resolving customer issues effectively

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide empathy and compassion
- Ability to solve problems and remain calm under pressure
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in computer skills, including strong typing abilities
