      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research inquiries by accessing the claims processing system and other informational sources
      - Respond to customer/group and provider questions through telephone contact and/or written communication
      - Maintain related departmental records and files
      - Enter new claims, eligibility, and subscriber information into the mainframe
      - Review subscriber's coverage to determine type and level of benefits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - One year of customer service experience in a business environment, preferably in a call center or dental experience
      - Successful completion of the customer service simulation test with a minimum score of 62
      - Ability to work scheduled shifts as required
      - Proficiency in using a computer program to assist customers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a call center environment
      - Knowledge of dental insurance processes and terminology
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
      - Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
