      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research inquiries by accessing the claims processing system and other informational sources
      - Respond to customer/group and provider questions through telephone and written communication
      - Maintain related departmental records and files
      - Operate office equipment such as personal computers, calculators, and copiers
      - Enter new claims, eligibility, and subscriber information into the mainframe

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - One year of customer service experience in a business environment, preferably in a call center or dental experience
      - Successful completion of the customer service simulation test with a minimum score of 62 out of 100 (assessment waived if previously passed)
      - Ability to work designated shifts, including starting times as early as 8:25 a.m. or as late as 11:00 a.m.
      - Strong communication skills, including proper etiquette, grammar, and punctuation in written correspondence

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a call center or dental-related customer service role
      - Familiarity with claims processing systems or dental insurance processes
      - Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse customer base
